One thing remains sure, we are all dependent upon each other for our universal survival. The domain name and title of this site "ASPIARH" is an acronym for "A Square Peg in a Round Hole", I adopted that saying when I was much younger because somehow it made sense to me. We are not "Identical", even twins who are categorized as "Identical" are not, every single being on this planet is "different" from every single other being in some way. Inevitably we are all "Square Pegs" in "Round Holes" as we work to fit into our families, our neighborhoods, our societies. We spend our lives learning to adapt to our surroundings, learning to fit and mold ourselves into the ever evolving world we live in. There is nothing that seems to help us find the solutions needed to make this world a peaceful one. There does not seem to be any one "country" that is willing to stand up to any aggressor, anywhere on the planet and say "No more!".
I believe we need a "World Agency", a "Planet Monitoring" group, a form of "World Governance" that is not biased or manipulative. One constituted by a fair representation of the world population, with a goal to end war, end homelessness, end hunger, end the medical disparity worldwide. We can be a better world, we can be better "Homo Sapiens", we can make this world a paradise for all if we only find a way to treat everyone fairly.
My mission:
Wait! What are you looking for here? I hesitate to write a Mission Statement as it will certainly put me at odds with so many people! The problem with any "Mission" is that you can never do enough to please everyone. I only have one "Mission" in life, to help those who I can, in anyway that I can. I am not rich so I am not able to financially assist anyone at this point. I have limited skills and availability so I can physically assist those who I am close to and I have. I can also assist people over the phone with limited computer issues and I have. I can also urge others to do the same. If we all do that, then the burdens that push others into "bad" situations might be relieved.
My vision:
My vision personally is a world of cooperation, negotiation and results. If everyone joins together, cooperatively, to make this a better world, it can happen. The biggest obstacle we face in the achievement of our "Mission" in life is our own failure to do the things we truly believe will make a difference. Our own failure to act will put us at odds with ourselves, "Act" on your "Mission" daily! Make the world a better place for those in need, make your friends and family aware of what you have to offer, touch strangers you interact with daily in a way that will make them want to do the same to the strangers they interact with. A better world will evolve from the "simply acts of kindness" you do every day.
